  1. Chicken thigh fillet (boneless): 4.000000 Olive oil: to taste Pepper: to taste Salt: to taste 1. Season the chicken with salt and lots of pepper, rub it with olive oil

  4. Zucchini: 500.000000 g 4. Dice the zucchini in medium sized chunks
  5. Onion: 1.000000 5. Peel and dice the onion roughly
  6. Garlic: 1.000000 clove 6. Peel and dice the garlic rougly
  7. Vegetable broth: 750.000000 ml 7. Prepare the vegetable broth
  8. Olive oil: to taste 8. Heat up some olive oil in a large soup pot and fry the zucchini, onions and garlic on medium heat for about 10 minutes
  9. Potato (waxy): 1.000000 9. Peel and dice the potato rougly
