Zucchini: 1.000000 1. Clean the zucchini and cut it into slices

Bell pepper (mixed): 2.000000 2. Clean the bell peppers and cut them into strips

Baby potatoes: 2.000000 bags 3. Clean and cook the baby potatoes in about 20 minutes

Margarine: 2.000000 tbsp 4. Heat 2 tbsp of margarine in a pan and sauté the zucchini and bell peppers for 3 minutes.

Garlic: 1.000000 clove 5. Press the garlic clove into the pan and sauté for 1 minute.

White wine (or water): 150.000000 ml 6. Add the white wine and cook on high heat for 2 minutes.

7. Cover the pan, turn the heat to low, and stew the vegetables for 10 minutes.

Margarine: 1.000000 tbsp Veggie schnitzels: 4.000000 8. Heat margarine in a separate frying pan and brown the veggie schnitzels in about 8 minutes, turning them over halfway through.

9. Serve the schnitzels with the baby potatoes and the stewed vegetables.
